Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our studio in Los Angeles.

When your order ships

Every Neshi piece is made to order. Most orders are set, finished and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Neshi Forever engagement rings and bespoke commissions follow their own timeline, confirmed with you during your consultation — typically four to six weeks.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your destination. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.

United States: Standard and Express options, priced at checkout.
International: carrier rates by destination and declared value, priced at checkout.

Every shipment is fully insured for its value and requires a signature on delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, email us and we'll chase it.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authority, are not included at checkout, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or delayed shipments

Every parcel is insured. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will replace the piece or refund you in full — you're never left carrying a courier's mistake.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we'll reship it once the correct address is confirmed; reshipping costs may apply.
